GOTRRI hosts our program at public, private and charter schools as well as community centers throughout Rhode Island. Programming occurs two seasons a year, during which teams meet twice a week for 10 weeks. Sessions are 90 minutes and occur during after-school hours. Click here to see our Spring 2017 program sites.
Here’s How to Apply to be a GOTR Site:
- Read the GOTRRI Site Info Packet and Site Liaison Description.
- Review our Eligibility Tree to fully understand what constitutes a complete and eligible application.
- Submit a Site Application to host a GOTR program.
- Ensure that you meet the following minimum requirements:
•Provide a Site Liaison.
•Secure at least two Volunteer Coaches (1 being a Head Coach).
These Coaches must commit to attend both sessions each week and hold current CPR & First Aid certification. Your Site Application is eligible once they submit New Coach or Returning Coach Applications.
•Provide a safe indoor and outdoor space for team physical activities, including running.
